Contribuiți la feedbackI'm usually not the kind of person who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was truly unacceptable. I went to Dunkin' to grab a coffee, and my toddler wanted to pick out a donut. However, when we looked at the selection, we were horrified to see the donuts covered in flies and bugs. Because of this, we decided to leave without buying anything and went to a different place instead. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you want to avoid a similar situation. Yikes!
The drive-thru only takes one order at a time, so I started going inside to order. However, now they expect everyone to use the touchscreen or mobile pickup, and as a result, I feel completely ignored. I've been waiting for 15-20 minutes, and it's making me late for work. The food is consistently either cold or burnt—there's no in-between. Additionally, there's only one staff member who can be bothered to stir the drinks. I end up paying extra for cold foam, but I can’t enjoy it because I have to stir it myself since I prefer not to drink black coffee. This location has been a disaster from the very beginning!

The boy and girl who were working at 1:50 on Saturday, 7.8 are a disgrace to your brand. They were both messing with me in drive through so I couldn 't order. And when I said that I had an appt to get to the girl said, don 't give me attitude! Clearly I wasn 't nt going to order, and when I passed the window that was open I looked inside and asked the guy 's name and he looked at me and shut the window! Terrible work ethic.
