Au Bureau - Mulhouse

It was not what we are looking for when we travelled to Alsace but we were hungry and this place was in your way... anyway, it was a good surprise.Mostly snacks with tasty burgers, flammkuchen and croques.We liked everything that we tried. The staff was friendly, attentive, but unfortunately it took too much time to receive our order.The decoration is cool, it looks like an English pub with a better weather outside.Price was ok.Next time on Mulhouse, I'd like to try the dessert.

We were surprised to discover that this was a "UK-themed" restaurant with British street signs on the walls and various other UK memorabilia. This is certainly not the kind of restaurant we would normally go into - when in France we prefer a French restaurant, as we have plenty of opportunity to eat British food when we are at home. But the hotel where we were staying had given us a voucher for a 10% discount at Au Bureau, so we went out of our way to find the address and once we were there we couldn't be bothered to go anywhere else. In spite of all that, we had a great meal and a super evening. The waiter was charming, the menu extensive and the food excellent. Highly recommended!

Nice evening with firends in a cool atmosphere: service (young people) was excellent, often asking whether everything ok, fast, food was good (I recommend the vegetarian flamme) with a white beer rosé (Hoeegarden), after a while the music was a little bit loud, but it's a place for young people (I'm 58) ,... so fair enough :o)

Vivid atmosphere, friendly staff, nice kitchen, good music choices by a dj, but what made our experience exceptional was the attitude of the manager: friendly with both the clients and his staff, always attentive with a big smile, he made everyone feel comfy. Ps the kitchen stays open until late at night -no worries if you miss the usual 10 pm timeline

Ambiance and foods are very good. Foods are very delicious, servants are very kind and prices are average regarding to location. You can watch sports channel. There are different kind of beer and wines. If you have time you can try.
