Hardee's - Mulberry

I would give this place zero star if it was possible that I came and ordered ham and cheese-commo gave them something completely different to me after waiting outside for 10 minutes, I finally went in and they gave me the wrong food! then I call them forever to answer the phone they tell me they come back for a refund or the right meal. I drive all the way from lakeland to mulberry to waste my gas and my time because of their mistake. gas is not cheap, they would have given me back and given me the right food because it was her fault. I will never return to this hardeee’s situation again and again the worst service I have ever experienced in a car through restaurant. Not to mention when I return for a refund or the right meal, take another 10 minutes to even visit the ride through loudspeakers! who runs this place must be fired!

Great friendly staff. could use a little more attention to the coffee. the lobby and the passage were outside. but the cookies and gravitation have prepared for the few minutes for fresh coffee.

Tonight sat to hardeee for dinner and received a great service warm eating. the man in the driveway was great, he needs a reward increase.

The two girls cooking in the back are way more interested in there phone and the loud music they were dancing to than serving me. Then they entered the wrong order so I ended up waiting more than 15 minutes to get my food.

Worst customer service ever. Girl at the registrar was very rude. After giving me the completely wrong burger she acted like she didn't hear me and just walked away without a word. As I'm taking the stuff off the burger they did give me at the trash can she begins to yell oh I'm making your new one which was the first time she spoke since telling her it was wrong. Very unprofessional very rude.
