Fantastic food really well priced . Open fire . Can't go wrong here.

A lovely homely pub just off the M9 motorway, well worth the detour. Food was delicious and helpings generous. Good selection of mains starters.

Food was reheated, lumpy gravy and potatoes had an off taste, was over charged and when I questioned it I was refunded but no explanation or apology and when I contacted the premises I was told staff were trained to the highest standard no apology or refund or asked to come back at a discount. Very unappealing

If you are a big eater, this place is for you. The portion sizes are massive. Staff are very attentive but not in your face. The place isn't full of ambience, but if it's food, you're after at very reasonable price .....
