Finally a good restaurant after 1 week German kitchen French cuisine refurbished deliciously prepared oktopus great French wine card well made
So brilliant. simply delicious and totally harmonious!! Ambiente great, service class, eat super! what do you want?
We were yesterday with friends to the grand menue (5 courses incl. weinbegleitung zu 89 € p.P) in the brasserie colette. the food tasted excellent, was ingenious and the portions certainly not too small. the wee were fitting.But: after the main course, suddenly no longer did. pause or how we thought after half an hour a new form of presentation of modern kitchen? a multi-day menu? Meanwhile we sat on the dry one. the restaurant manager dedicated himself in the conversation intensified seemingly master guests and did not pay any guests or the two service powers of a view. the two young service staff were very friendly, but in the fully occupied locally significantly overwhelmed. there could have helped support clearly. to let the view into the local chalk would lead to guests having a drink at least. after approx. 45 minutes then managed to order another bottle of water. the restaurant manager could still not get out of the rest. in a self-service locomotive you could at least get yourself something. after another quarter of an hour the course and the corresponding wine came unnoticed and inexplicable was the very long pause until this course. the final dessert was then shortly after the cheese "rough shot".Maybe you should illuminate it locally a little better so that you can see the guests better. better air conditioning would contribute to the well-being of the guests. time and again, non-smoking guests met before the locally for cooling.
This was my first visit to the restaurant and definitiw not the last. the super hot weather prompted us to sit inside, which turned out to be a delightful experience, as the restaurant is carefully decorated and designed. it was lunchtime and we could choose a menu with 2 courses for 20 € or 3 courses for 26 €. we chose the first option, had gazpacho and aubergine as appetizer and lotte and ochsenschwanz as main dish. the wine-by-glass offers are good and meet every taste. overall it was a beautiful experience, attentive service and delicious, creative eating.
