She speaks excellent English. I showed her my gluten free card for safety so she understood everything I could not eat. Lots of great options! Update after my first visit: On my second visit, I brought my own bottles of gluten free soya sauce and oyster sauce (purchased at Rimping supermarket in Chiang Mai). Cha was kind enough to agree to use my own sauces in all the recipes, so that I could now eat almost everything on the menu. I ended up leaving my sauces in the Cha's refrigerator (so as to avoid having to haul them back and forth). I ate there almost every day during my 10 day stay in Chiang Mai and was never let down. All the food was delicious and Cha was very careful with the preparation of my food. Thank you Cha and Mike. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Chiang Mai.
