Contribuiți la feedbackWhile the food can be somewhat pricey, the excellent service and hot meals make it a worthwhile treat every now and then. They also offer healthy options on the menu. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! I’ve never dined in the restaurant; I’ve always used the drive-thru or curbside service. There’s never a long wait, so don’t be intimidated by the line. Enjoy, and Happy Thanksgiving!
If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. I can't even begin to express how many negative experiences I've had here! They've forgotten items in my order, completely skipped me in line, and allowed three or even four cars to order ahead of me. It's frustrating to see the staff who are supposed to take orders leaning against the counter, chatting, and playing on their phones. I work just behind the restaurant, so when I come for lunch, I have no choice but to tolerate this situation or go without food. They let people pick their own spots in line while my meal gets cold, completely disregarding the actual order of the line. They often tell you to pull up while they figure things out, leaving your food just sitting there! I find myself waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to get served.
My husband had to go back to order more chicken noodle soup because the cashier only got us a cup instead of a bowl. When a young lady in a black shirt called out for our soup, she didn't look our way and therefore didn't see us raise our hands. My husband had to get up again to ask for our soup. We finally received our chicken wrap and sauces after a long wait. I noticed several individuals who seemed to be managers—one man in a gray shirt was on the phone, while two ladies in gray shirts were facing each other in a booth. There were also two more managers in black and gray shirts sitting across from each other, along with another in a blue shirt at a small table. They were all completely unaware of what was happening in the dining area. As we left, we passed all four managers who were still seated, and I was extremely frustrated with how uncharacteristically inattentive they were, especially for a Chick-fil-A. We placed our order around 3:10 PM. I suggest reviewing the security footage if you have it, CHICK-FIL-A #00854. The owner-operators are Josh Malone. This store desperately needs re-evaluation.
Always fast serve, always courteous servers, and always the BEST food. My favorite in the summer is the peach milkshake?winter chicken tortilla soup?favorite anytime cobb salad with fried chicken. And they have mastered my favoritedrink?half unsweetened tea and half REAL lemonade.
Definitely my least favorite chic fil a that I know of. Got my order wrong for the second time in a row and this time they charged me for stuff I didn't order. Also, either the person taking my order outside didn't know what he was doing or the drivethru menu has different options then the menu when you go inside. The location just past seel's outboard is so much better anddefinitely worth driving the extra 10 minutes. They do my order exactly the way I ask them to every single day and have neveronce messed anything up. And I eat there Monday thru Saturday every week so thats really saying something. The reason I wentwith two stars instead of 3 is because they were also out saltine crackers for their chicken noodle soup even tho the otherlocations in the area are not.
