Contribuiți la feedbackThis place has the best wings and ramen! I got the short rib ramen. Huge bowl, enough for 2 to share. The meat and noodles were amazing ?. My husband got the wing. They were nice and meaty and tasted heavenly. Great selection of wines and cocktails. There were also a few beers on draft. Hubby got a great hazy IPA. The whole staff was amazing. So friendly and great knowledge of the menu. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place.
First and last time eating at this restaurant. From beginning to end a bad experience. Hostess was rude and threw the menus down on the table as if our party of 6 was taking too long to sit down. Server was pleasant but forgot to bring drinks, never got refills. The water was also undrinkable which is why we all ordered beverages. Food came out at all different times. Five of us were almost done when last meal came out. Food was not good quality or very tasty. So many choices in Mt. Dora – no need to experience this place.
The food was really, really good. Everything was super tasty. As an FYI, the food is served tapas style and thus may not come out at the same time as everyone w/n your party. The cocktails were really tasty as well though they came out far after our food.We went on a Saturday which was nice as there was live music.Good vibes- will definitely go back.
One of the worst meals and service I 've ever experienced. Low energy staff. No proactivity, if not very much inexperienced, on how to wait on tables. Never offered refills on sodas. Brought appetizers (Pulpo Loco) a good 10 minutes AFTER everyone got their entree. Asked for beer and after 15 minutes. Reminded waitress (young short haired blonde) And was told there 's only one bartender PLACE WAS DEAD on a Wednesday night. A good waitress is proactive and atLeast touches base with customer in case of any delays. Same thing happened when we questioned why appetizer had not been served after nearly 10 minutes after main dishes served. Response was a nervous: yep its coming. That 's it. How about we maintain order and serve appetizers first. We also had a case of the disspearing waitress. We had meal served and no utensils etc. NOW THE IMPORTANT PART. THE FOOD. BAO BUNS were OK. Raman was spicy and generally good. Now the Wagyu sliders: SERVED COLD. Two of the parties ordered them and BOTH were cold. Meat was room temp almost. GROSS. (I never return food) either eat or trash. Never return food. Not worth it. It 's a fail anyway you put it. Fries were OK. The Frites steak was below average. Very grease. Chimichurri sauce was plastic green and not typical consistency But fries again were descent. Now to the PULPO LOCO. I 've attached a pic. Now does that look like what 's pictured on the menu? This was supposed to be an appetizer but served about 10 minutes after main meal served. Instead of octopus being a whole leg as pictured and as I 've always had it at many restaurants it was literally chopped up pieces of mystery meat on top of a molded rissotto the octopus tasted like TUNA. YUK! The Rissotto seemed undercooked still on the hard side but with decent taste. Not great. Not even close. Just OK. Maybe because we were so hungry but wouldn 't be served anywhere in the world like this. Just not a very good rendition of this classic Spanish Euro dish. This place is a tourist trap. On a good note. The guy that started playing tunes on his guitar was great. Decor with monkeys was cool. Too bad everything else was subpar to UNACCEPTABLE. CHANGE COOK AND STAFF and place has a shot. PLUS look at the old reviews and pictures. Even the presentation has changed. The wagyu burgers dont seem to now use the same buns. The octopus pics from months ago look totally different from what is being served now in Dec 2023. Some reviews note their may be new chef or staff. I take these reviews seriously and give an honest GLIMPSE in time of what I experienced. When product is good I definitely love to give props but this place is on lifesupport December 2023.Parking: Downtown Mt Dora. Difficult parking. Many tourists
The water tastes like swamp water. But the drinks were good and i liked the monkey lights. Kind of vegan friendly but the vegan options are just ok, not delicious or anything coming back for.Vegetarian options: Decent i guess
