Absolutely incredible food! This is the only place I've found that still serves genuine chocolate soft serve ice cream!

I’ll start with the positives: the hot fudge cakes are buy one, get one free, and the food isn't the worst I've ever had. Now, for the negatives. First, the building is incredibly run-down and unappealing, both inside and out. There is no public restroom available. Most of the time, when you order the hot fudge cakes, they are carelessly assembled by some staff member who likely just finished rolling their eyes at you. There's no greeting when you arrive and no thank you as you leave. The employees working the night shift are among the rudest I've ever encountered. They seem to get annoyed with customers for simply asking them to do their job, which is confusing since that's what they're supposed to be there for. Also, be sure to bring cash because they do not accept cards. Overall, the quality of this establishment has declined significantly, and I'm surprised it’s still in business. They’re fortunate to have the support of local traditions because there's no way this place would survive six months outside of Mount Carmel, Tennessee.

I absolutely love this place! They serve the best burgers in the Tri-Cities. It's like stepping back in time to enjoy a truly authentic hamburger.

Just a little place in Mount Carmel. The hamburger was good. The onion rings had more of a panko breading, but were good. The chocolate shake was good also. Nothing exceptional but was good. As quick stopover would recommend.

First and foremost this is not the typical ice cream shop. They have everything under the sun with large scoops of ice cream as well as delicious French fries, hotdogs and Friendly service!
