Food was perhaps a bit below average. Many ingredients were substituted with inferior products. Add to the fact that the price tag doesn't seem right for what you're getting....a little disappointing. Cosy Bistro just passed the mooi river toll. Hearty meals, generous portions, great service and atmosphere. Lovely outdoor seating area as well. Very poor experience. Food took ages and was dry. Several menu items were unavailable. Part of the special of the day (onion rings) were unavailable but were still advertised on the board. I was charged an extra fee for mushroom sauce yet it was supposed to be part of my meal. It was also served long after the rest of the order arrived. We were not given cutlery or condiments. I think management needs to be stricter and correct these types of issues.

The staff was friendly and they had a nice play area, but the food was inedible. The milk and salad dressing were off and the food severely overcooked. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
