Don 't bother asking for a menu, they have one in English if you don 't speak any Italian, otherwise just ask the extremely helpful owner for today 's specials, you won 't be disappointed! All their pasta is homemade, and their risotto is worth the twenty-minute wait. The main courses are delicious, too. The only drawback is that they only have chips if you want potatoes. We didn 't, and were more than happy with the very generous portion of vegetables they serve as 'contorno '. There is a limited choice of desserts but they are all extremely good. Try the pistachio semifreddo. The crowning glory was their version of the local 'Torta Sbrisolona ', a large biscuit made with semolina and almonds, which we were given with the coffee. To die for!!
