Domino's Pizza - Moyock

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and when I called to ask about it, the staff was incredibly rude and hung up on me. They claimed they would remake my order but insisted that I stand outside to receive it. Why should I have to wait outside? It’s absurd. I also had to make several calls just to get my refund. This experience has completely ruined my appetite.

They have truly made an effort to enhance the quality of this fast food pizza chain. The pizzas were loaded with cheese and cooked perfectly, remaining fresh and hot by the time we got home. However, we ordered three medium specialty pizzas that were supposed to be $8.99 each, along with a small order of Parmesan bites. For some reason, our total came to over $60. When we brought this up with the manager, he stated that the $8.99 price was only for their two-topping pizzas. Despite our attempt to explain that the special for that day indicated $8.99 for medium specialty pizzas, he still did not adjust the price. This was a bit disappointing, as there should be no reason for three medium pizzas to cost over $60 at a chain pizza place.

We ordered pizza, wings, and lava cakes last night (June 30, 2022), and it was incredibly disappointing and overpriced. None of the food was enjoyable. The pizza tasted like something you’d expect from a prison kitchen—it was that bad. The wings were also pre-made and unappetizing. I remember when Domino's used to serve really good pizza. We ended up spending $50 on food that was hardly edible. Please, Domino's, you need to do better.

The driver drove over my lawn to turn around, leaving deep tracks several feet into the grass, not just at the edge of the driveway, but well into the yard.

Great delivery folks, have never gotten a single order wrong. Nothing but good experiences with this dominos.
