Adega Velha - Mourao

The place looks small from outside but it has enough room inside. The menu is quite small, but the products are regional and very tasty. Try cozido de grão like i did, it was aewsome!! Price was also very good

Went there for the second time few weeks ago, the culture, the food and the music are still on the same level. one of the best Alentejo's cuisine restaurant that we visit.For sure i'll come back again.

If you want a true taste of the old Alentejo, visit this restaurant. If you 're lucky, you 'll get to witness some typical singing of the Cante Alentejano by the old folks. The menu is a sample of the food from the Alentejo 50 years ago, a great place, do not assume this is decoration, it is, in fact, an old wine cellar, Alentejo Style! A truly great experience. I 'm giving it a 4 because it is a restaurant to experience the old Alentejo, not to eat fine dining or something like that.

An amazing experience for the taste buds and for the soul... while we were savouring a scroumcious local meat a group of men were singing traditional songs...

A adega velha é um lugar não contestado no mouron, mesmo que tenha tido dias melhores. o cozinheiro de grão permanece muito bom. mas já foi execional! ambiente típico da adega alentejana. Bom serviço, embora um pouco lento. permanece um lugar para voltar
