Regal Cinebarre Mountlake

It was our first time at this cinema, the bar option is nice, we haven’t tried any food but popcorn was good. They have plenty of parking space but the interiors could use some remodel.

The service was great. My food was ok. I had ordered a cheeseburger with fries and pretzels. The pretzels were really good but the burger and fries not so great. Fries were a bit soggy/too greasy, and the burger meat tasted cheap. Needs better meat quality. I also ordered the creamy margarita and it was way too strong and bitter. The waiter did offer to change it.

I 've been going to this theater since it was the Mountlake 9. It has always been my favorite theater! Unfortunately something has changed over the last year. I am just echoing other reviews here, but they are consistently out of their food or liquors. It has gotten to the point where the servers give you a run down of what they 're out of before taking your order. (Nachos, potato skins, ice cream, the only dessert we have is donut holes , vodka, tequila, cheese curds, pizzas... I 'm sure I 'm missing something).As someone who has worked in food service, I completely get that an establishment can run out of things and that 's okay! What isn 't okay, is this degree of an issue. It 's time to simplify your menu if you can 't order accordingly.And last but not least I have to imagine the awful attitudes of the staff is due to frustration within, but it isn 't okay to take it out on customers that are just to get some popcorn before the credits start rolling! (Not even exaggerating a little). I really hope this changes because I do truly love this theater.

Absolutely love this theater! Food was fair price and actually pretty good. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Some of the buttons for alerting staff for food orders were not working but the staff were very kind on letting us know what to do.

Love Cinebarre. The staff there are always just SO pleasant. They were out of a lot tonight (lots of the candy, most of the appetizers), but tbh they are probably just not used to the amount of people flooding back to theaters for Barbenheimer after so long with no one due to the pandemic. Not their fault. Drink was good and our server was lovely.
