Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I called 15 minutes early for my pickup order. Two simple pizzas and when I arrived they had not even been started. The what I assume is the manager started blaming all the people in the back doing prep and even called one of them an idiot in front of me and that made me feel so uncomfortable. Offered no discount for my inconvenience and took 20 minutes to get my pizza after arriving.
