Ramen Izakaya Yu-gen - Mountain View

Excellent broth. very easy to drink. the noodles were shape and tasty. the kakuni was perfectly diced and perfectly cooked. I got the normal Orthdox soup and choose her mild wicy, which was perfect. next time for their special drumsticks with ma- or numming Chinese (sansho) hot pfeffer. with the point of colsh. excellent smoking experience in the usa of a guy eating it weekly in japan. would be even better with a choice of back-fat many menu choices. the leaf cook is also made of japan and it is very specific with its presentation. originally a sushi cook, Sano-san produces a mean darm of rammen.

I always loved this place. the ambiente, the personal, the hectic and the hectic and of course the eating. the rams and most other appetizers and the loved ones are simply lovely. I've been here many times. during the day in which night and I will certainly still be many paints here, as I love raming and this place serves simply the best I have here. including vegetarian broth.

I ordered by uber eats. the tonkotsu deluxe ramen (add pork chasha, mais, extra noodles, kikurage mushroom) was good. also pork was so tender. but it was a bit salty for me and there was not enough broth.

Our rams came out quickly and was delicious. I was sceptical of “fancy” rams and that was my first experience! I got the special tonkotsu ramen and it was medium spicy, the broth had a kick and was excellent to kick good proportions of the broth / ingredients. it was also very nice to see, and large portion so was reasonable price due to the size. the restaurant was recommended by my brother who is a native in mountain view. we loved the atmosphere in the restaurant and would come back when in the opposite.

Good ramen overall but I've had better for the same price. Eggs are slightly too cooked for me and pork could be tender. But still 5 star because maybe I am just being too critical. Enjoyed my stay.
