Friday evening cried to pizza! we have the margherita with sardellen and salsiccia a funghi pizzas, insalata noci e gorgonzola, calamari, minenstrone.

This review is based on her pastas my party ordered 2 carbonaras, 1 capellini alla checca, 1 linguini alla polpetta di carne, and the calamari.

I was at least 5 times in this restaurant and everything was good. tonight I tasted the saltiest pasta I've ever eaten! after.

I don't know what happened. I had pasta carbonara here for the last 6 years. It was perfect all the time. All of a sudden, the last 2 times we ordered, the bacon was burnt, and made the carbonara taste absolutely burnt. It was inedible. Since we ordered to go we basically had to throw it away. We tried again few days ago. The burnt flavor was not that intense, but the bacon was still burnt, black burnt pieces everywhere, the sauce we loved was not there anymore... I don't know. This dish was our favorite dish of all time. And it is not anymore. We are a bit heart broken. Unsure if the cook is different, if the owner has changed, I don't know. But the pasta carbonara is not the same. Sadly.

I heard people raving about this place. I've to agreed the pizza was pretty good but I expected more. Probably because I like thin crust even though the crust is very fresh as well as the ingredients. I'd say both Fungi and Prosciutto were very good. The pasta was pretty good as well. Al dente and good sauce.
