Mochi Waffle Corner - Mountain View

I have fond memories of eating Pandan Mochi Waffles as a kid, so I always order them when I visit this restaurant. Unfortunately, this time the waffle wasn't as crispy as I would have liked - it was a bit chewy. In the past, it has been perfect though. The Churro Croissant Waffle was good, on the thinner and crispier side for a croissant waffle. If you enjoy that style, you will probably like it. I really enjoyed the Egg Coffee. It wasn't the strongest Vietnamese coffee I've had, but I liked that it was lighter and more easily drinkable. The egg topping also added a slight creaminess. I will definitely be back for this!

Amazing Drinks with super cute presentation! Every new drink I try blows me away and becomes my new favorite! The Mojitos are the best!

We absolutely adore their Earl Gray Milk Tea with honey boba. The waffles are simply delicious. The use of unique and tasty ingredients such as pandan adds a wonderful twist. We are loyal customers of this place.
