Kfc - Mountain View

Kinda slow! The cashier help only on at a time. There where three employees working. Seems like they treat the online orders with higher priority than ones stand in line. Once order was taken, it was quick! There were 5 people in line when my orderwas taken.

The extra crispy wasn't that crispy. Maybe the chicken has been sitting out for too long? The guys at the counter weren't super helpful. The mobile ordering app has failed in a confusing way (gpay integration problem, I think) so I had to order again at the register.

I asked for butter and only got honey for my biscuit. The food was tasty though.

KFC chicken tastes pretty good, but usually pretty salty for my taste and is not a particularly healthful choice. I went into the store to pick out dinner but ended up buying nothing. If you have a big crowd to feed, you can get buckets, biscuits and sides, but otherwise nearly everything on the menu appeared to be bundled with soda or things I had no intention of purchasing. After trying to put a decent meal together for 3 people, I gave up on their bundles and went somewhere else to eat.

The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t even spicy. Popeyes and McDonalds are better.
