Mcdonalds in gassville has a great customer service! Go on!

Eating is decent. the personal is another story. I was at several mcdonald’s and always came back to this mcdonald because of the friendly staff. at this place there are some great employees (the person who takes money with a kuhschürze, a few of the manager and a handful of the staff). I have observed that a manager refused to serve a customer and then turn around and serve the next customer in the line. I have seen how a person take a cup out of his truck bed and come into it and fill the dirty cup with something to drink (very disgusting and inconvenient). I have observed the service decline of mcdonald. I have seen several employees with the customer seat and the employees ask the customer how their day was, but I don't see it anymore. I'm going to load this for a while.

We typically comply with requests to move forward in drive-thrus, but we explained our reasoning for not doing so this time. To make matters worse, a staff member even came outside and took a photo of our truck. When the manager came over, the employee shrugged off the situation and went back to the window while we insisted he delete the pictures he had taken of our vehicle. He called us liars and claimed he didn’t have any photos. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We will definitely not be returning; this is not how customers should be treated, especially for a fast-food experience.

I drove through at 12 noon for a Burger and a shake. You would think at a time when they're so busy the food would be hot and fresh. That was the most stale hamburger I have ever tried to eat. It was barely warm and the bun was most definitely stale. I won't bother stopping here again!

That's really good. they really need to watch the nuggets and fries. some do not end up with hard dry nuggets and it is disappointing to order 20 nug just to find out that they are not edible. I have ordered many paintings here this year and always fresh nuggets. Everything's good. Note: the mcdonald’s app gives them excellent incentives and freebies. seriously worth downloading. put on the mcdonald’s, eating is always fresh and I always had a great customer service. also the young employees look happy, the manager must take care of the employees and quality of the product.
