Burger King - Mountain Grove

Entering into the restaurant was very off puting with the very strong rancid oil smell. Floor was very slippery.Food was good. Especially the fries.The cashier, stuffed our drink cups with the straw and lid. She uses those unwashed hands to play on her phone between customers and handles the cash.While we were ordering, the guy in the back making orders is eating and making orders without changing his gloves. When I went up to get the order I looked towards the drive thru. See my picture, the ceiling panel is missing with loose batt insulation with the ice cover for the drive-thru drinks open right below it. After I sat down with my order, I went up back for some condiments, the guy in the back was still eating while making orders! Parking: Too many handicap spots for the ratio of parking spots

Incorrect order received. Filthy restrooms and dinning area. Staff unapologetic and no speed of service to solve issue. Menu items unavailable.

Food wasn't very good we won't return to this one. Floors and tables were dirty and we wouldn't have ate if we'd seen it prior to ordering.

Black Man Walk in and didn’t even get acknowledged as a customer. Three employees made eye contact with me and continued to have a side conversation with each other like i wasn’t even there. Was it because im BLACK? Walked out after about 5 mins of just standing there without any acknowledgment ??‍ you racist people wont get my hard earned money
