Contribuiți la feedbackOn May 8, 2010, I held my wedding reception there with about 45-50 guests. I was absolutely amazed at how everything turned out! Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our day special. We received so many compliments on how elegant our celebration was, and everyone thought the food was fantastic. It was all delicious, fresh, and homemade! This was the most important day of my life, and I can't thank Kettle Creek and Chris enough for their exceptional service, which truly surpassed our expectations—especially Chris and the waitress who helped us with drinks throughout the day. My husband and I will be loyal patrons forever!
I hosted a jubilee party for my parents at this restaurant, with around 30 guests attending in the afternoon. I coordinated a set menu with the manager/owner a week prior and specifically selected ribeye steak to be included, as I expected it to be a popular choice. However, when the dinner was served, all the steaks turned out to be sirloin instead of ribeye. I asked the staff if what we received was ribeye, but they confirmed it was not. My bill exceeded $500, which I worked very hard to pay for as a gift for my parents. Unfortunately, the owner refused to discuss the issue with me. I've made numerous phone calls and visited the restaurant several times to address the matter, but it seems this is just how he operates—he doesn't seem to care about his customers once he's been paid.
I discovered this restaurant online after a friend raved about their steaks being the best they’ve ever tasted. I decided to take my family there for dinner recently, but unfortunately, it seemed we picked a bad night. The service was incredibly slow, our food arrived cold, and the atmosphere was uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, the noise from the bar area was overwhelming; we could hear inappropriate language coming from there, which made for an unpleasant experience. Overall, our visit was disappointing. Given that dining out has become a rare treat for us due to tight finances, we won’t be returning to Kettle Creek. My advice is to steer clear and consider a chain restaurant instead.
