The staff seemed quite indifferent and appeared to not want to be there. Their main focus seemed to be on serving drive-thru customers rather than those dining in the restaurant.

Terrible service due to no committed staff on front register. This seems to be endemic in fast food chains where there is no consideration for face to face contact. Picj up ya game red rooster

Staff are polite and apologise profusely about the wait because the wait is VERY long. Order was correct and fresh but they certainly weren't busy and it still took 40+ mins before receiving my meal

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and I had a fantastic first-time experience. I will definitely order again!

I'm not sure what's going on, but something's definitely off. We used to love getting takeout from there. The new chicken tenders on Ripper Rolls have a completely different taste and are not good at all. We went in on Saturday afternoon hoping to grab a nice hot chicken, only to be told they were out and we could wait half an hour. Are you serious?
