Say Cheese Pizza - Mount Shasta

Absolutely fantastic! The pizza was amazing, and while the arcade could be a bit pricey, that's really my only complaint. Every time I visit Shasta, I make it a point to come to Say Cheese—it's like a ritual for me because it's just that good!

It was quite busy when we arrived, but the atmosphere while we waited was still fantastic. Plus, the beer was served quickly and was very fresh.

Last night was incredibly busy due to the Labor Day weekend dinner rush. There was a long line to place orders, and the phones were constantly ringing. It was challenging to find an available table, and if you did, you had to either wait for a busser or clean it yourself. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food. In hindsight, we should have left as soon as we saw the crowd, but we decided to stay. Despite the chaos, the staff remained calm, attended to each customer one by one, and put in their best effort, making each dish taste exceptional as if we were the only ones there. The calzone was delicious. Great job, everyone!

Receptionist is rude !!! We got our order at least 1 hour late and when asked about it they said they dont know

Worst treatment to customers. I have been waiting for my order for 1 hr 20 mins. The order was not too large it was just 2 large pizzas and 2 jalapeños poppers. On asking the staff was too rude.
