Berryvale Cafe - Mount Shasta

This is my favorite place to get my food when I visit mount shasta. mean suppen fresh, rich and wonderful every time! I created my own breakfast, as I have a special routine, they put my wish, and the price was fair. beautiful people. also the load is a joy for a healthy nuts like I love! I have found some things I'm never new of, if they're looking for lust, this is not the place simple, decent and fresh.

This was our saving gnade, while we came through mt. shasta and stayed 9 days here. it had everything a small health food store should have, including products, supplements, bulk food, wonderful brote, hot eating, *a place to actually sit and eat* and even a coin-operated bathroom. this part was brilliant to me, but no worries, they don't really need to use their own quarter if they don't want. ask a coworker for a token and they will help them as long as they don't look as if they were trying to wash a shower in the sink or something :d I had several cool interactions and felt that the place overall had a good energy.

The people at this place are great. I've never been there personally, but my mom had stopped there on her birthday, while a ride on the west coast. after I just phoned with my mom on the east coast (I live on the east coast) and she said she would go to a health food place in mt. shasta village, I checked it out, called where she stopped (berryvale! and asked if they would help me surprise my mother with a cupcake or something. I offered to give my credit card information to do my part (duh. the woman I spoke to (I didn't get her names, thank you)! was initially skeptical, but once tied to my intentions was very willing and happy to help. they said they had only a fresh gluten-free carrot cake. that was perfect as my mother is gluten-free! because her system was not set up for phone payments, I was worried that it would not happen. but to my surprise the lady in berryvale offered to give my mother free the cake. by doing this, she gave both my mom and I a gift. I am so grateful. I've been too busy, but I wanted to say thanks to berryvale that my mom does a little more birthday this year. it was so great to get out of the whole country and find people ready to make the day of my mother. thank you! btw, my mom said it was the best carrot cake she ever had. not too sweet and tasty. her youngs rock! now off to yelp to post this there.

The organic food store mount shasta deserves. the world of beats song by jumps and borders. friendly personal, amazing selection of food for such a tiny store, very respond to requests. has a deli, sandwich bar, espresso bar and juice bar as well.

One of my favorite little grocers, employees are great, good energy, and the fresh food from the kitchen is the back is amazing, good vegan food!
