Adam at the cash always makes an effort to make conversation and cracks me up! Coffee is consistently good and fast

This Starbucks location is truly exceptional and is my favourite Starbucks I've visited. It has become my go-to spot for coffee dates with friends and solo study sessions. The staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, making each visit a delightful experience.The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. One standout practice is their initiative to offer mini samples of signature drinks to clients waiting for their orders, adding a personalized touch to the service.I was particularly impressed by the staff's dedication to customer service during an unexpected technical glitch when their debit/credit card machine was temporarily out of service. Despite my initial concern about having to go elsewhere due to not having cash on hand, the staff insisted on making my drink order complimentary as a gesture to offset any inconvenience caused.Additionally, during a late evening visit, the staff demonstrated thoughtfulness by offering my friend and I complimentary coffee cake and brownies. Their proactive approach, recognizing that these baked goods would otherwise go to waste at the end of the night, showcased a commendable commitment to both customer satisfaction and minimizing food waste.

The staff may be friendly, but the amount of times they got my order wrong is ridiculous. It doesn't matter if I enunciate properly or repeat it, the person handing the drink to me or my partner doesn't seem to know what I wanted. If my drink is correct, my partner's won't be. If my partner's is, mine won't be.It's deplorable for such expensive coffee. We don't have time to drive thru and go back in everytime to correct their mistake.I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

My pit stop on the way to work to get my coffee because they close at 11:00 p.m., almost perfect (midnight would have been perfect) for my start of the night shift!

Did a mobile order explain to me how i got there and my order wasn’t even ready nobody was in line and by the time someone actually ordered at the cash they got their order before me? They don’t prioritize they mobile
