The Smoothie King has been especially awesome in the past but today they went above and beyond and made sure that my smoothie tasted great for what I wanted before I even walked out the door they allowed me to mix around my smoothie to make sure that no ingredient overpowered the whole rest of the smoothie

I tried THE Smoothie King for the first time and opted to place my order online instead of going into the store for the full experience. Unfortunately, there was a system error with my online order, which was a bit frustrating. However, the customer service I received more than made up for it. I got the Keto Champ Coffee Smoothie (20oz) for myself, and for my mom and brother, I ordered The Activator Recovery in Pineapple Spinach and Metabolism Boost in Mango Ginger, both in 32oz. The Keto Champ Coffee Smoothie was delicious and not overly filling—I think I’ll try the 32oz size next time. I also signed up to be a member. It felt a little intimidating at first, but there are so many flavors, enhancers, and blends to explore and enjoy!

There was a misunderstanding with my order at 11:34 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. However, the two employees handled the situation with kindness, calmness, and professionalism throughout. They offered me a sample and a smoothie to make up for the inconvenience, and they managed the situation like true experts. One was male, and the other was female... They definitely deserve raises!

I hadn't had Smoothie King since my college days in Charlotte, NC, so I was thrilled to discover the new location! It’s fantastic—tastes just like I remember, maybe even better! Sonal was incredibly helpful and so sweet in assisting me to find my favorite drink. The Chocolate Peanut Power is my go-to choice!
