Mcalister's Deli - Mount Prospect

I absolutely love this place! Every time we visit, I always order the Caesar Chicken Salad and a half sandwich.

I've been living in Mount Prospect for three years now, and I can't believe I never discovered this place before! I really enjoy salads, and theirs are always fresh and delicious. The lemonade is fantastic, especially with a dash of strawberry added!

I recently had an event catered by McAlister's in Mt. Prospect, and I can't praise them enough. The food was excellent, featuring fresh sandwiches loaded with fillings. The order was completely accurate, the delivery staff were incredibly friendly, and everything arrived right on schedule!

I had a great experience at the McAllister Club. The young man who took my order was friendly and polite. However, I was disappointed that the extra bacon I paid for didn't make it onto my sandwich. I mentioned this to him before I left, but unfortunately, there was no compensation offered. This was my first visit, and it might be a while before I return. That said, the food was excellent!

I received an incomplete order as my sandwich was missing, and their app doesn’t provide a way to report this for a refund. The only option available is to fill out a generic survey on their website. Unfortunately, it seems like they’ve forgotten something from my order the last few times I've ordered from here. I really hope their service improves.
