Jersey Mike's Subs - Mount Prospect

On 11/30/2023, me and my coworkers dined at the Mount Prospect location we spent about $50 on our order it was good (mine were a little salty , the lady on the staff seem bothered because I added more ingredients to my sandwich the only other thing that was unusual for me was how the manager (a stocky guy with beard and cap was bragging on the line how he was going fire an employee tonight if they call off ..IMO I think that shouldn't been discuss on the line in front of customers, probably won't be back it's a shame because it's a good concept

Employees making immature faces at a customer who requests something changed. Basically asked for light mayonnaise and when too much was on I requested some be wiped off. Didn’t ask for a new sandwich just that it be wiped off and the immaturity of an employee to roll her eyes and give co workers a side eye. I could have asked for an entire new sandwich but didn’t want to waste food. Professionalism is lacking:

Great staff and food but feel so judged when eating st this place

Terrible experience! Was charged for an extra sandwich. When I called to ask for a refund Abby the manager said she would have to call me after the lunch rush. When she called back four hours later she demanded I give her my debit card number. When asked if I was going to get something back for the inconvenience she said no, I was lucky I was getting a refund because she didn’t have to do that for me. Asked for the owner’s number and she refused to provide that information. Never again
