Giacomo's In Des Pla - Mount Prospect

I love this restaurant. I use it for both takeout and dine in. I usually order the pick a pasta and sauce dinner, it comes with soup or salad. Their made in house soups are delicious. Quality is always consistently above average.

Refused to honor a gift certificate that stated “no expiration date.”

The new management of Giacomos were amazing. The food was delicious. Portions were generous and they have a very nice wine selection. I highly recommend and will definitely go back.

This restaurant oozes nostalgia. The food was amazing, I personally had some like mozzarella filled breadstick, stuffed mushrooms, and lasagna. Portions were enormous and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server was just a delightful young lady who was really sweet and a great server.

I will never forget the beautiful Italian food and warm,fresh bread, served for my mother’s luncheon funeral. I would love to return for alfreso dining. I live far south so it’s hard for me to get there!
