Dunkin' - Mount Prospect

This is one of my go-to spots for coffee. It's always perfect. The double chocolate donuts are my favorite!

I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money at this restaurant. My nitro coffee was only filled a third of the way, and when I addressed it, they merely said that the nitro is mostly foam and then walked away, refusing to engage further. To make matters worse, the coffee itself tasted watery and stale.

I had a frustrating experience with my order. It took a long time for it to arrive, and they forgot to include my donuts. I also ordered an iced coffee but only received about half a cup.

When I tried to use the bathroom, it was locked, as expected. However, one of the employees called me a derogatory term, which was incredibly disappointing. I used to like this Dunkin', but my experience has really changed since the new manager took over.

On February 19, 2022, around 11:45 AM, two women working the drive-through refused to provide tap water and insisted that we buy bottled water instead. This was unacceptable, and I believe they should be fired immediately!
