The Original Bailey's - Mount Pocono

Can I give this place to ZERO stars? WOW! For two appetizers it was $16 and there were small portions? plus for the price of food, the quality SUCKS. if you want to sell Alfredo, use MAKE THE SAUCE and not can sauce? Please don't come here!!

Instead of a busy place, but the few really few fail from the kitchen as well as from the waitress. Wing appetizers were nothing special at all. It was assumed to come with celery and blue cheese, but when it was out of half the dish was empty. Main coarse rib eye steak was good, but was assumed to come with 2 pages and only 1 was delivered. The baked potato came in after we asked the waitress and the potato was not actually freshly baked. We asked why it was microwave compared to freshly baked and told them to do things in the kitchen. Chicken sandwiches lacked salads and tomatoes another main grobs lacked a salad and the salad came without dressing and not super fresh overall the waitress did not seem to remember any request and does not check out what food gives. She also took a while to get drinks/water for the table.

We visited Bailey's the day before Halloween with my wife and two children we had a beautiful waiter that I forgot her name, but she was dressed in a costume and welcomed my children and was very hearty and was very attentive to our orders thank you for making our first time here very memorable!

For our anniversary in Bailey? Had the Prime Rib, made exactly the way we wanted, and the French onion soup was delicious. Our waitress Michelle was very friendly, politely attentive. My husband, I love eating people here. You also have an outdoor dining area and a beautiful bar area. Give them a try and I?m sure you will go back!!!

We stopped in for a meal and a break after a long drive, with more miles to go afterwards. Every part of the meal was tasty, fresh, well-prepared. Portions sizes were good. Service was friendly, helpful, professional. Prices were reasonable. Dining room was comfortable and spacious. Restrooms were clean and stocked. They got every single part of the dining experience right and you have to appreciate that. It?s something that a lot of restaurants ? no matter the type, place or price point ? haven?t accomplished.
