The customer service at the store is absolutely horrendous. Unless you want to wait 45 minutes for your drink, I suggest you go to Dunkin’ Donuts.

I ordered something late last evening that I had seen online. The person took my order but when I got to window he was like so you want a mocha with different syrups? No I want to order the Salted Caramel Mocha that I saw online. Well apparently they didn't make those anymore but one of the employees found the recipe and offered to do it for me anyway. It was different than I thought as it had toffeenut in it but it was fabulous! I loved it and so appreciated that they went above and beyond to do that for me.

They're closed for remodeling. Lost $81.01 that was on my card.
