Red Lobster - Mount Pleasant

Restuarnt was not even busy but service was so slow. Worst server ever. Besides, forgetting to bring utensils,.forgot drinks and didn't see her for the rest of the meal. She just disappeared. Never came back. Food took forever to come out and appetizers never came because she didn't even put the order in. The 3lbs crab legs were tiny and cold not like other Red Lobster location. After waited over 30 min for the food to have cold crab legs is unacceptable. Clam chowder didn't come out until the end. Kids mac and cheese was over cooked. How do you mess that up? Lobster dinner was the last to come our which took over 45 mins and overlooked. Never got any drink refills. No waiter for over 30 mins. Worst Red Lobster meal we have ever had. We have been to many locations and this is the worst. Schaumburg location is hands down the best one when it comes to food and service. Can't even get a manger to come over because was too busy acting busy. We had to ask another server to come over to get our bill since our server went missing. Absolutely horrible management!

On the evening of April 5th, my boyfriend and I were ignored while other guests were tended to in a timely manner. The party of six, seated right after us, were given their appetizers before we even received water at our table. We waited at least 20 mins before anyone from the waitstaff acknowledged us. Not because they were busy. At one point our waitress spent at least 10 mins talking to the couple behind us about being a veteran, how she weighed 165 pounds and was 5’3, etc. She had plenty of time to serve us efficiently and chose not to do so.
