Malika Canteen Mt. Pleasant, Sc Pakistani Indian

Malika is a beacon of food hope in Mount Pleasant. Most of the area is riddled with wannabe riffs on different cuisines, but Malika is the real deal. Don’t skip on the masala or the lamb wrap. The masala fries and the house made ketchup are a fave of our household. Thanks for being there Malika! Best food and best take out in the area. Cheers.

Pretty good food but not authentic though. Biryani and Lahori choley were good. Palak paneer could do a lot more better and authentic.

Interesting food. I saw this place on IG and we thought we would check it out. I have a love for Indian food but never had it with a Pakastani mix. It was pretty flavorful. The restaurant is super cute and the service was good. It was worth the try. We will eat here again. We had the lamb kabob, the beef kabob pizza and the chicken appetizer. Try this place!

The vibe of the canteen took me back home! Their service is quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly. I even lost my handbag and they went out of the way to send it back to me! I tried biryani and the tikka sandwich. They are VERY VERY generous with the meat! I do wish the portion size was a little more but the spice level was awesome. I can’t wait to come back and try tawa qeema. I yearn for Pakistani food and this place a recommendation from me!
