Jimmy John's - Mount Pleasant

Jimmy John's is my go-to for a fast, easy lunch. I always get the veggie sub. Very tasty. I've had the Italian sub and it was ok. I like the rewards program since I go a lot I get a free sub every so often or bag of chips. Love the drive thru option and they do get you thru freaky fast.

That was the worst JJ I’ve ever been to. The person at the register was rude and too busy looking at her phone to get my order right. She even had headphones on. The staff seemed miserable.

The guy at register seemed like he hated being there and just staring blank at you. I ordered two ultimate porkers. Three people that ordered after me got their orders before me. They didn't call out my order and i had to ask for it. Then I got a condescending answers. I get it, this isnt a job that makes you want to jump for joy everyday, but the least that could be done is having employees that provide a good atmosphere instead of a uncomfortable one.

Absolutely the best food ever in town I very much love it it’s terrific and the drivers are so very friendly like family to me I’m practically there best customer ever I love jimmy johns I highly recommend them to anyone wish they would open another store on johnnie dodds Blvd mount pleasant that would be totally awesome and

Poor customer service- ordered 2 subs an hour before closing and was treated as it was an inconvenience
