Firehouse Subs Central Square

First time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was not long to get our food. The environment was clean. I like what this store represents with supporting our law enforcement and first responders. I have a ton of respect for that. Thank you.

There's been one time I ordered for pick up and when I got home it was all wrong but that being said every other time has been fantastic. Way better than jimmy Johns, subway or another sub place for sure. They are fairly expensive though. A medium sub, drink, and chips is $13 which I find fairly steep.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my mobile order at first, but eventually, they sorted it out. The subs were fantastic, as usual—definitely better than what you'll find at other places in the city.

Store is always very clean, and the food is good, fast, but not always the best setting. I get all the bad days, though... I usually do not leave any reviews, good or bad, but this is a repeated problem I have in this place. I would understand if I showed up a minute before closing, but it was 45 minutes before closing... I don't think I'm back for a while, not welcome. ? I want to express that I understand if you have a bad day, but just say hello and wish someone a good night is not too much to ask, especially if imo I am an easy-going customer who only ever orders a sub. It sucks because I want to support my local emergency people.

I always enjoy Firehouse Subs; they make delicious sandwiches that are freshly prepared, and the tasty pickle on the side is a nice touch. You can't go wrong with them!
