Chick-fil-a - Mount Pleasant

I had the pleasure of being served by Carson, and I must say he is an outstanding young man. He was incredibly attentive, articulate, and efficient. His helpfulness was much appreciated. It's refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job so much. Excellent work!

Please take note: you have a fantastic staff who supported us through the pandemic, but there have been some recent disappointments. For instance, we received Diet Coke instead of regular Coke, and yesterday our order included cold, old fries when we specifically asked for no salt, which usually indicates they would be hot and fresh. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s truly disappointing to discover these issues after driving away.

It's clear that management needs improvement at this restaurant. They could do a much better job managing the flow of cars. Honestly, whenever the female staff is handling it, I'm not only more inclined to eat here, but they also create a much more pleasant atmosphere and keep things moving efficiently. My guy friends completely agree. Businesses should understand that putting a friendly, smiling face out front can attract many more customers!

Typical Chick-fil-A experience. Great customer service. Food was hot and delivered to table fast. Food was brought to us in a to go bag instead of a tray, even though I made it clear we were dining in when asked. Order was accurate.

Usually I am a fan of Chick-fil-a but this particular location didn't make a good impression. The person taking our order didn't seem to be paying attention very well and seemed to be rushing us. Ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich instead of theoriginal... Not that it wasn't a good sandwich just not what I was hungry for and the trend to be dry.
