Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes Fries

This restaurant is so bad!!! Corporate should be ashamed to have this Hwy 55 in their hometown. It is a brand new building and it is always dirty and disgusting. The employees bless their hearts are beautiful and work together, but they do not fulfill task very well. They are so slow!!! The order is 99% of the time wrong!!! The food just doesn't taste good, it's either dry, cold or both. The only thing that is consistent is failure. I hate spending my money here, such a shame. I wish I hadn't left such an ugly review, but maybe if the company sees it? ll fix, I called companies and nothing was done. I will update this review if they update their service package.

Ordered, received our drinks and waited over 30 minutes. The waitress never checked on us, people came in and were served. We never received our food and when I went to the counter and asked she said it was given to someone else (must have been in a takeout) and said she would put the order back in. We left. Service was awful, the flagship restaurant was dirty. What an absolute embarrassment for Mt. Olive.

Tyler the manager has to be the worst example of a manager I've ever met. Unprofessional and mran to his staff. Yelling and continuing to egg them on in arguments. These arguments in front of the restaurant. He never once seemed to care or apologize.

My first time ordering from this restaurant was a little strange. I ordered a meal with buttered toast and instead I recieved a hot dog bun. I don't know if that was on purpose or if they were out of toast.

I ordered our food. Waited for over 25 minutes while everyone who came after us was eating her. When we finally got ours, it was cold, which means it was sitting there and our waitress just didn't pick it up. We went to Hardees and had hot food.
