Swish 'n' Chips - Mount Lawley

Wow. Acesta a fost odată cel mai bun magazin de pește și chip din Perth și a fost locul meu de timp de 20 de ani. I-am dat o dor de a se mișca în magazinul lor de poky mic în arcadă ... nici o zonă de așteptare și dificil de parc. Oricum tocmai l-am dat altceva. Peștele era soggy și umed (părea că a fost înghețat), chips-urile erau la fel, servirea era foarte mică și suprapusă în comparație cu opoziția lor în jurul cartierului. Pare să fie aceiași proprietari. Nu sunteți sigur ce sa întâmplat aici, dar cel mai probabil chiriile înalte și sunt de tăiere colțuri .. nu se va întoarce

We have not had the opportunity recently however, returned for a take away on the weekend just gone. Specifically ordered our selection of fish (Pink Snapper) with minimum chips. Proceeded to nearby river park and enjoyed a beautifully cooked piece of fleshy fish exactly as ordered. The boys have been consistent since they opened and, the move down the back of the arcade does not seem to have affected their service or standard.  We refuse to feed seagulls but had more than enough chips to do so! Nice to see they have prepared salads and add-ons available although we did not avail on this occasion. Fish is expensive now (everywhere) but, cheaper than trying to catch my own...

Worst customer service and rudest establishment in Perth.  I just tried to order fish and chips using a group on voucher expiry date today.  I waited 5 mins whilst the 3 people standing around chatting ignored me.  When they finally decided to serve me I said I want to use my group on voucher.  The chip fryer with a filthy jumper said "we don't do those on friday, it says so in the fine print" I said but it expires today.  He said "well you won't be getting it" I said then why do you have that it expires today if you won't honour it?  He said "that's group on's fault not ours."  I told him we wouldn't be back.

A avut o poftă pentru pește și chipsuri în seara asta și a regretat decizia de a acționa asupra ei. Calamari era cauciuc și bland, chips-urile erau abia sărate ... peștele era în regulă în textură, dar, de asemenea, destul de bland. Nu s-ar întoarce.

So tonight no dinner for me after I lost my appetite. Ordered seafood basket and was excited to dig in only to find out that it was raw!chips are like frozen for weeks and deep fried! Prawns still have some black marks on it which im not sure where it came from(either not fresh or too fresh that it wasn't cook!) so i immediately called them up and was told at first by the girl who answered to me "ok you talk to the cook" in a rude manner, but the cook did not bother to talk to me instead she left me hanging for about 4mins and then told me to bring them back the food!(as if they dont believe me that im not eating that sh*t) so i went there,and showed it to them,like all of them where on the counter , as the owner i think refuse to accept the fact that they had served me the worst fish&chips in WA! He had no intentions to even apologise for the waste of time and money they've caused me.
