Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

You're closing at 10:00, right? Now do not order anything (especially from the app) after 9 a.m. because they seem to be closed, clean the food area, and will not even tell you that they will not put your meal together when you pick it up. That should be a bowl with steak, rice, beans, salsa and corn. You know what's missing? Yes, 60% of the order. I loved Chipotle. But this place is terrible. I had to go through the app and through Twitter to pay back.

Worst Chipotle. The workers don't care, they stand around and talk while only 1 person works while the whole place is a mess. The food is done wrong. The Guac was completely brown and disgusting. Make yourself a favor and go to any other chipotle.

Bad experience ever!!! We ordered bowls and they gave me a 1/4 cup of rice. Then we ordered drinks there there was no coke, lemonade, the fresh juice was empty without utensils. I asked to replace the coke and I was told they had none. Then I asked about the lemonade and they said they didn't. The order before me ordered chips that they told her they had nothing and the customer literally had a whole container of them. You just didn't want to do anything. Then we sat to eat and found a bug in the bowl. Then come to find out they had bottles of coke in the refrigerator and was never offered. I went up and bought two bottles of coke and they accused me of another meal. The girl is just lazy and shouldn't be in the grocery store. I don't leave bad reviews because every bad day has, but that was BAD!!!!!!!!!!

Where should I start? The young lady who took orders and prepared was double masked what made it difficult to find out what she said! She told us because we couldn't find out what she said and she always asked to repeat what she said. The meat dishes all looked. When we made the way to the cashier, we could see a very dirty counter. We caught our food and decided to dive. The room was dirty! All tables had food on and among them, and also in seats! One of the high seating areas has a dried spilled drink underneath. The beverage station was beyond chaos. I asked one of the workers if they could give me anger to clean the table. She had no idea what I was talking about. A lady who seemed to be a manager came out and asked her what I needed. She then instructed her to wipe a table for me. A table? The entire dining room had to be cleaned. The garbage cans were overrun, I guarantee that I never protect this facility again.

The restaurant is understaffed, and it takes a very long time to complete an online order. The kitchen is quite messy and dirty, with food and napkins scattered on the floor, as if a tornado had passed through. If you're considering Chipotle, I recommend avoiding this location.
