Angelo's Pizzeria Larchmont

I ordered a sausage, pepper, and onion Parm sandwich but instead received a sandwich with eggs and peppers on a long roll. When I brought this to their attention, they stated there was nothing they could do for me. They claimed it was their policy to read back orders, but they never read back anything about eggs and peppers. There were two staff members on the line, but neither of them confirmed my order. Essentially, I ended up with a meal that cost me $15 for just eggs and bread. You would think that a well-established business like this could manage to get the order right. For them, making that sandwich probably costs around $3, while as a loyal customer, I ended up paying $15 for a meal I didn’t even want. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this place.

I was a loyal customer for a long time, but after experiencing burnt pizzas, incorrect orders, rude service from the manager, and issues with credit card payments, I will never order from them again or recommend it to anyone.

I've been coming to Tom and John's since I was 8 years old when the Cheezesteak special was just five bucks for a cheesesteak, chips or fries, and a drink. Those were the days after school, haha! Love really flourishes here! I even paused for a moment to just say hi and grab a cheesesteak! I love how the next generation is now taking over! You should definitely come and be a part of this wonderful family atmosphere!

We decided tonight (May 7, 2022) that we wanted pizza, so we ordered from one of our favorite spots; Angelo's pizzeria. We ordered 1) large pepperoni pizza w/extra cheese and pepperoni, 1) medium pepperoni and 1) smallboli. As you can see, you get large portions for the price and their food is great. Very recommended.

My family frequents this establishment for years. We have always spent anywhere from fifty to one hundred dollars when we order Angelo?s. Unfortunately, due to some poor customer service the other night we will not be revisiting Angelo?s. My mother order some wings, a large pepperoni pizza, and a Greek salad. Everything was correct except the pepperoni pizza. We called and spoke to an older lady that clearly cared less about rectifying the situation. While I tried to explain to her how far we came from to get the food she proceeded to say I was talking over her and that they always check their tickets. Well, the east fix would?ve been it was an oversight we can change the pizza. Instead she hung the phone up while I was talking. I frequent Pats Pizza myself and my parents love Angelo?s. They are older and didn?t deserve the poor customer service since they have been loyal customers for 15 yrs.
