TGI FRIDAYS - Mt. Laurel

Arrived on time and Scott told us “we don’t do open table”. I showed him my reservation for 9 people at 7:00 and he said he would honor it. However, by 7:30 we were still waiting to be seated. He came to us and said it would be a whole longer so we decided to sit at the bar tables. Food came out cold THREE times! My veggie burger was literally frozen in the middle. Waiters were annoyed with us for sending food back to be warmed. One waitress practically threw a dish at my sister. HOWEVER, the bartender was great and accommodating. She never showed frustration or annoyance with us at all. We will never go back there!

Excellent service. Delicious food. Ribs with whiskey sauce was tasty.

We waited for 30 minutes to be seated. We noticed an entire section they would not clean up (booths located to far right when you come in). My food was good but they forgot the appetizers. We did hear one of the waiters say they were having kitchen issues..not sure if someone called out or not. We won't be returning there. Very unhappy with service and 1 hour wait for our food.

Horrible experience. Was ignored for the first 15 minutes. Waiter had no idea we were there but the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Got our order wrong. Asked for more sauces and was brought out when we were just about done eating. Never asked to refill our drinks. I just hate this place and will never go back. No one cares and this place should be SHUT DOWN.

They did not have the ability to check us in to open table and said they were not participating in the app. Not sure if this is temporary or indefinitely. Food and service was good.
