My son wanted to use the last birthday money to buy us at noon because we had enough left to come home. We ordered and were a Penny Short. The cashier Dakota said he shouldn't take care of it, and I thought he meant the penny. He covered our whole meal and my son could keep his money. Thank you for our day!
Wonderful service! Every employee we know was so friendly. Thank you.
I was in Wendy's in Providence Tuesday. A very friendly and gracious employee came to me and RickandMarsha Waldrop at our table. She asked us very nicely if we were willing to move a table to continue our lunch. She went on to explain that there was an older gentleman who came to Wendy for lunch and he had some special needs. He was a heavy fear and could never be touched or near other guests. And He sits at this table in this corner every time he eats here. We're both teachers, and we said we'd like to move. The man went to his table to talk to us. His motorized wheelchair had a neon-colored flag and a clearly written sign cautiously explaining about his disability and asking people to give him plenty of space. He was quiet and ate his lunch. Occasionally he would put his cup on and push it until the end of his table. One of the workers would come to fill it again and place it directly at the edge of the table so that the man calls it. The staff would walk around this corner and talk to him. They called him by name, and he would wave to them and call many of them by name. One of them approached his table and explained that she needed to restore his sign and flag because they were both loose. Then she went on to do her work, go cautiously and work on another table. It was as sweet as Wendy's employees worked for their adopted friend. One of them came to our table and offered us a Frosty for our trouble. When she came back, she told us how special he was. Apparently, he occasionally rolls from his apartment to Wendy to enjoy his lunch. She said the man had no family nearby and apparently had recently fallen and they had not seen him and had been worried about him. He fights the traffic to get there and I know why. Because as much traffic and traffic as Providence grows, there are still good employees to make customer service and kindness top priority in their business.
Everyone is always so nice, smile patient. Food is always fresh.
I come through this location often. Every time Stephen is working the drive thru it is a fantastic experience. He communicates well and makes sure you are well taken care of. Thank you. For the great experience tonight. Will be coming back for that reason. Good employees are what brings people back.
