Panera Bread - Mount Juliet

I ordered my favorite bread sandwich, the Mediterranean Vegi and chips. The staff were very friendly and even brought my plate to the table so I didn't have to figure out how it could happen from a wheelchair. One of the employees even helped me get my record in the waist area. Great experience.

Always a great place for my husband and I to enjoy a meal. We arrived tonight and when we waited to order our meal, a lady spoke very rudely to the manager in service (I cannot remember his name). She made a scene in the bakery, but the manager was quiet and gathered all the time! He supported his team that it was also noticed by an irate customer! Great work Panera!

Breakfast and coffee, where good as ever. The lady who took our order was super friendly. Good work Panera!
