Dunkin' - Mount Holly

Normally decent, but today ordered on the app as usual and received a MED instead of LG. So the lady put ice in a Large cup, dumped the medium coffee on top, and handed it back without saying a word. Incidentally, there was only about a half inch gap at the top of the cup, so how much more coffee would I really have gotten?

This DD is down the street from my church and from time to time I go there as a last resort in a dire caffeine fit. They NEVER EVER get the order right. Today I went for the first time since the remodel...ok your building is nice BUT my order was still wrong and my coffee was nasty. I asked for a dark roast with an espresso shot and gingerbread swirl, cream no sugar. What I received was a regular coffee with no espresso cream and sugar...you definitely know the difference. What the cup says is definitely not what I ordered or the $4.87 I paid for. I'm gonna give up on this place it's the worst DD of the 4 in the area.

Every morning I am greeted with a smile, very knowledgeable friendly staff. Very good people. Bobby is the man! Additionally the new renovations are immaculate. It's extremely clean and they keep it that way! My go to Dunkin donuts for a medium hot decaf cream and sugar and a veggie egg white wrap!

Unhappy employees that hate their jobs. Not even 1pm and the donut I bought tasted like it was a week old.

The grilled cheese was nothing like I thought it was going to be. My father ordered 6 orders of hash browns and only got 1. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was I ordered a small Carmel ice latee and they gave me a large instead for the same price and it was delicious
