Jimbos Chicken Shack - Mount Gilead

Great chicken, solid sauces and good sides. The engraving was not what I was looking for and the technique of the fry cook could be improved. I think this place has amazing potential and already amazing core competence.

Simple place with really good food! I recommend the Corn Fritters. They even offer freshly squeezed lemonade and you can buy freshly brewed sweet tea from the gallon sold.

Just keep on the way back from a dog show in canton. We always like to try new places, especially mom and pop types. I can't say enough good about this restaurant. Great portions, fair prices and the food was delicious. I had the Lebergizzard meal, my husband had the chicken pliers. The livers were well seasoned and deep fried, the chicken pliers are HUGE...all was delicious and served with one side of the land engraving and one role. I also recommend the fresh pressed lemonade.
