York On Lilydale - Mount Evelyn

I had dinner at the restaurant after attending a seminar in one of their function rooms. I ordered the crispy scarlet dish paired with a medley of seasonal roasted vegetables and caper butter. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was—better than I had expected from its appearance. My husband ordered a parma since Wednesday is their parma night. He thought his parma was just average. The service was friendly, and we noted in the maintenance book that we received one complimentary item.

This used to be a regular spot for me, but it has become quite busy, and it seems like they’re trying to cater more to the younger crowd looking for a lively atmosphere. Sometimes I think it would be smarter to just stay at home and watch Netflix alone in my room. After all, I'm single.

Our family had a disappointing dinner experience last night. After spending $89, we left feeling dissatisfied and have no plans to return. The manager seemed indifferent to our concerns and did not seem interested in improving our experience. We were very frustrated!

Service was good. eating was terrible. I live in front of location and have visited numerous paintings, hoping that it has improved, but it seems to be worse with every visit. will go from now on to another place.

Some friends at work recommended this venue for a meal, they said it would be good, but they were wrong, its fantastic!!!! as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member who seated me, and then I ordered a garlic bread for entrée (which was lovely) and a porterhouse steak with a seafood topper, it tasted **** fantastic, cant wait to return, really great meals
