The customer service at this restaurant was extremely rude. The staff member made my drink incorrectly and then proceeded to verbally abuse me when asked to remake it. I even felt humiliated as he shouted at me in front of other customers for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, he and a female co-worker were speaking in another language, likely saying offensive things about me. They should only speak English when serving customers. It seems that the problem lies with the owners, who appear to be Asian and treat customers poorly. The staff members seem to lack proper training and follow outdated practices. I suggest that the individual who treated me so poorly seek professional help, as their behavior was unacceptable and drove potential customers away. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable, especially from someone representing a franchise like Donut King.

I typically get a cappuccino and two cinnamon donuts at this restaurant. The small cappuccino costs around $4, while the large one is about $5.20, including the pastries. The prices are good and the donuts are always fresh. The staff is friendly and overall I am satisfied. In this area, there are only three other places to get coffee (a nut shop, a cheesecake shop, and a new coffee place), so there is healthy competition which leads to good quality coffee and reasonable prices for customers.
