Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant and wish I could give it a lower rating than zero. My son, who worked diligently for the owner, was let go via text message just days before his birthday. He had been saving every paycheck to buy himself a vehicle for his 18th birthday, which is less than 30 days away from his prom and graduation. Despite facing challenges like driving from the villages to assist his sick grandparents, my son continued to work hard and show dedication. He was given no reason for his firing and happens to be the only African American employee hired by the owner. The owner lied to my son, promising him more hours only to reduce his hours to 4 per week and ultimately fire him 3 weeks later. I advised my son to quit when other issues arose, but he remained loyal to his job. I hope this company faces consequences for their actions. As a furious mother, I am certain they will not escape unharmed.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. They gave me the wrong pizza and instead of promptly replacing it, they made me buy a new one. I had to wait for corporate to reach out for a refund and then return a third time with my credit information for the refund. All of this hassle just for a pizza, and their attitude was terrible as well. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this place to friends or family.

On Tuesdays, all pizzas are priced at $10.99. I personally love the Cowboy pizza.

Staff was very pleasant even the newest member. Very clean.

Perfect place for taking big pizza. It’s always very good.
